"I don't usually leave reviews, however I feel like this one is needed. I want to thank Cashier Nicole from the Sierra Lakes location in Fontana. Nicole usually takes my order and she always has a smile on her face. She is not only friendly but she is always hustling. I see her taking orders through the drive through and walk ups. And when it's busy Nicole is running the food out to your car. I've never seen an employee work as hard as she does and with a smile on her face. I hope this review reaches Nicole, she deserves recognition."

"Stopped here while passing through shopping in area. Good food and service but on our way out we saw this roach at register line and when I tried to tell an employee they asked me to wait. Got grossed out and left."
